Nectar
Type of Treatment Preparation and Weighing of Raw Materials: Raw materials are prepared and weighed before processing. Standardization: Ingredients are added one by one into the preparation equipment and subjected to a mixing and pasteurization process to ensure the absence of pathogenic microorganisms while maintaining the required organoleptic characteristics of the product, ensuring its safety. Thermal Treatment: The pulp and additive mixture undergoes friction, gradually increasing in temperature until pasteurization is achieved. A retention time is applied to ensure the elimination of pathogenic microorganisms and to obtain the desired organoleptic properties. Packaging: The product is filled and sealed according to the specified reference. It is then immersed in water at temperatures below 8°C to create a thermal shock and form a natural vacuum. Storage: The product should be kept in a cool, dry place at room temperature and/or refrigerated at 4°C.
